Video/DVD 705 - Lisa Schlichter We met Lisa in the mid-80's when she competed in local New York City bodybuilding shows. Since moving to California in the late 80's she received her Bachelor's Degree as well as her Medical Degree, and in the past couple of years has been training again for the fitness events. The young looking 47 year old recently competed in the 2007 Figure Nationals at the Team Universe, placing in the top-five of a very competitive event. We did our photo/video session with her at this time, and her chiseled 5'2" 120 pound bodybuilding-style physique featured a very well defined and vascular upper body (including quite the 6-pack) and a lower body almost as good. Lisa did repwork in the gym, followed by bodybuilding-style posing in bikini and several dress items and an interview. Video/DVD 705 runs 100 minutes Video/DVD 706- Janet Kaufman and Jeannie Paparone Janet has been competing since the late 80's and we finally caught up with her for a photo/video session at the 2007 Masters Nationals, where she won her light-heavy class. Since we were on location at a contest we could not do gymwork, but the 5'3" 130 pounder hit the shots in her bikini and three dress items, showing off a totally balanced physique. She was in incredible shape, showing off size and definition in all bodyparts, and was one of the most vascular women we have ever taped- arms, forearms and even in the thighs. Her footage, which includes an interview, runs about an hour, so we added our full Video 556 of Jeannie Paparone, which is now on DVD here for the first time. This work was done in 2003 at the Jan Tana show, where Jeannie was also in top shape, hitting the shots in a bikini, dresses and is interviewed. Video/DVD runs 2 1/4 hours |

Video/DVD 328 - Brenda Raganot & Valerie Gangi Brenda and Valerie were both top amateurs on the west coast during the early-mid 90's, and by 1997, when this work was done, both had turned pro. We had one session with Brenda (in contest shape) and two with Valerie- contest shape and off-season, though you could hardly tell as she was still very defined. Valerie turned out to be a 'comet'- she was in great shape at the 1997 Jan Tana, where she placed second in a very strong field, but faded from the scene shortly after. Raganot is still competing at this time. Both women pose in bikinis and many dresses, each showing off very complete pro physiques in top condition. Video/DVD runs 2 hours Video/DVD Compilation 15-1 & Compilation 15-2 "Strongest Bodybuilders" Compilation Video 15 was originally released as a two-volume set, but we can't fit 6 hours of footage on one DVD, so we have now divided it into two separate videos, and is on DVD for the first time. We took the footage of the 15 most impressive gym workouts for women bodybuilders of the late 80's-early 90's and put them on this two-volume set. This is NOT repwork, it features very heavy lifting, and the footage was taken from our original WPW videos, several of which are no longer available in the original form |
