This was our first of two videos of Christine (her other is WPW-469, and will be available on DVD in the future) and at 5’3” 175 pounds you may think she was in “off-season” shape. Well, the former NABBA Australian Champ was actually defined at that size, featuring incredible size, shapes and definition throughout, including huge arms (16” biceps), thighs (28”) and calves (17”). She does repwork in the gym, getting pumped up for her posing in four different outfits – a bikini and three different mini-skirts, showing off incredible leg shots in the heels. We have done A LOT of work with Michelle since meeting her in person in 1996 – several WPW and Ray Martin titles, and when we get the chance we will offer those on DVD as well. But to start, here is a great look at one of the most muscular women ever (and along with Debi Laszewski, perhaps the best woman to not turn pro yet) in both contests and off-season shape. The contest shape material (5’3” 140 pounds) was done at the 1999 Nationals in Florida, and as always, Michelle was huge and chiseled, featuring among the best biceps in the history of the sport. Don’t let that sway you to think that was her only incredible body part – her triceps, chest and back were beyond belief and her lower body (particularly her thighs) matched the upper body, and she was already well into her 40’s. In early 2000, in her off-season, we did more work with her at about 150 pounds and you will hardly be able to tell she was not in contest shape again – she does repwork in the gym, is interviewed and her stage routine at the ’99 Nationals is included. "Picturing the Modern Amazon" is our second title for a Laurie Fierstein 'physique demonstration'. Some posing skits are shown and others do a traditional posing routine. Ask fans to make a list of the 10 most muscular women ever, and we are sure Laura’s name would be at or near the top of that list. The Toronto, Canada resident won her country’s title, then competed as an IFBB pro during the mid-late 1990’s, before retiring soon after to promote contests. Our WPW staff never got the chance to have a full video/photo session, but Ralph DeHaan shot her for his now-defunct “Threshold Video” company, which we bought the rights to. He did two videos with Laura (released a few years back as WPW Videos 412 & 413), running a total of 2 ½ hours. To get the best DVD quality, we edited the two videos into a new 2-hour video and DVD. She was in top contest shape for both sessions, and the scenes feature her working out and posing in the gym in leotards, two pieces and a bikini, with a brief interview. A great look at one of the sport’s legends – a terrific combination of girl next-door appeal with perhaps the most developed physique of all time. Video/DVD runs 2 hours.

We met Paulina Talus for the first time at the 2000 Jan Tana Contest where she competed as a pro from Finland. We spent several hours with her the day after the show, to ensure we got her in her most ripped condition (a very densely muscled 5'4" 145 pounds), then did work with her in Pennsylvania two days later when she had added 10 pounds, but you would barely notice as she was still very lean, hard and defined.

Our third title for Debi was taped by our west coast video man,Tony Duffy. His shooting style is different from our regular videographer but the content is similar – lots of posing by Debi in several thong bikinis and dresses as well as gymwork and an interview. She was in very lush off-season shape for this session in 2000. This DVD runs 2 ½ hours. Other titles featuring Debi include: Video/DVD #317, 369, 473 and 660.

We had four photo/video sessions with Beth Roberts during the first few years of this decade. This was our first video with her which featured two different tapings – in top contest shape at her first national show – the 2000 Junior USA, then a couple months later when she was up a few pounds from her 5’6” 140 pound ripped weight. The 30 year old from Pennsylvania hits the shots in several swimsuits and dresses, works out in the gym and is interviewed. Though a new amateur at this time, Beth would gon to win The Nationals soon after, and is now a top IFBB pro. Video/DVD runs 2 hours.

Debbie is yet another fitness woman who really looks like a bodybuilder, particularly in her upper body, which features terrific biceps, triceps, chest and back. At 5’7” and 130 pounds, Debbie is leanly muscled, and the 33 year old is so young looking she could pass for 20. Her glamorous looks are obvious in the photos, but we did not expect her to be as strong as she was, and she demonstrated this in one of our “Extravaganza-type” tandem workouts, and Debbie had a formidable opponent – Heather Hulseberg-Lee. The two square off in a contest (lifts based on bodyweight) featuring chins, curls, lat pulldowns, triceps, leg press and arm-wrestling. Debbie then hits the shots bodybuilding style in a thong bikini and three beautiful dress items, and is interviewed. Debbie Auer – a very rare combination of physique, strength and superior facial beauty. Video/DVD runs 2 hours.

Kristi was another “comet” on the scene, competing in fitness for a couple of years, then vanishing before we could have a second session with her. We brought her in from Montana during 2000, and the 27 year old was another who could have done well as a bodybuilder if she so chose. At 5’2” and 110 pounds she was not huge, but she was in the upper echelon of “fitness muscle” and had perhaps the best biceps of any fitness woman ever. She does repwork in the gym, then plenty of bodybuilding style posing in a bikini and three attractive dress outrits, and is interviewed. Video/DVD runs 1 ¾ hours.

With Cory Everson, Lenda Murray and Kim Chizevsky dominating the Ms. Olympia from the mid-80's through late 90's, many now forget to include Valentina as the winner of the 2000 Ms. O., with a look that most thought would carry her to many more titles. But, she won only once, and we had a great two-day session with her right after that show when she was, of course, in top contest shape. She poses in a nice variety of bikini and dresses, showing off a perfect combination of size, definition and shape throughout, topped off by killer looks, giving the IFBB judges at her shows an easy judging choice! She does repwork in the gym to get her pumped up for the posing, then hits the shots and is interviewed- and her stage routines at the 1999 Ms. O and 2000 Jan Tana are also included.   WPW Video/DVD 423 runs 2 1/2 hours.

Nursel was “state of the art” during the two video sessions we had with her. Her last session with us is available as WPW Video/DVD-472 and the footage here is from 2000, when we had two full shootings with her – in top contest shape and off-season, though she was still defined for the latter, and you could be hard pressed to see the difference! And, at 5’5” and 160 pounds, she was super strong, showing off some of the best strength lifts ever in the gym, then she poses in many great looking bikinis/dress items and is interviewed. Incredible muscular density, size and definition for Nursel!!!

We have had several photo/video sessions with Denise over the past few years – in contest shape, bulked up and a couple of “in-between” looks. For this session during the summer of 1999, Denise was in incredible contest shape, yet has the size and shapes of an “off-season” competitor. We have 70 minutes of posing in four super looking outfits, and we were going to add to this later, but Denise had announced her retirement from the sport. The footage is far too good to sit on the shelf any longer. Denise hits all the shots in a bikini, thong leotard, a yellow mini and a beautiful white mesh dress. Most are outdoors in great lighting, and all of it “kept live” so you can enjoy the taping of the photo shoot as we did. Combining great looks and a beyond-belief physique, Denise is easily one of the top physique models of all time, period.

Small things for sure come in nice packages – at 5’ and 115 pounds, the 33 year old Australian bodybuilder sports impressive 14” peaked biceps, a chiseled back and very impressive tricep, chest and other poses. We knew she would be in the US on vacation during April of 2001 and set up a session with her immediately, as the beautiful blonde was hard as a nail, in total contest shape. She did repwork in the gym to pump up for her posing in her bikini and three dress items and is also interviewed. She does not compete often, but we hear she is still in lean shape ( and living in California) and hope to do more work with her if she visits the east coast! Video/DVD runs 2 hours.

Heather was competing in 'bikini' contests in the late 90's before deciding to do figure/fitness shows around 2000. It did not take her long to get into very good fitness shape, and we had our first session with her late 2000, when she was in lean, off season shape. She did 'strength challenge' gymwork tandem with Debbie Auer then posed in a bikini and two dresses. In the spring of 2001 she was in very good contest shape and hit the shots in two bikinis and three more dresses, and was interviewed. Heather was in her very early 20's at this time, and subsequent videos of her (WPW 475 and 525 will be on DVD in the future, and WPW 625 is on DVD now) show her morphing into one of the best bodybuilders/powerlifters in those sports.  WPW Video/DVD runs 2 3/4 hours.
